Alright, listen up—here’s the lowdown on GMM Pfaudler’s 62nd Annual General Meeting. Mark your calendars:

Friday, August 1, 2025, at high noon (that’s 12:00 PM IST for the sticklers). And guess what? It’s all online this time, so you can tune in from your couch, your favorite coffee shop, or even a hammock in Goa if that’s your vibe. No travel headaches, just click and you’re in. 💻

So, what’s actually happening at this AGM?

Well, the meeting’s going down via video call—thanks, SEBI and MCA rules, for dragging corporate India into the 21st century. Basically, if you own shares, you can join from anywhere without worrying about missing your train or getting stuck in traffic.

What’s on the agenda?

The usual mix: they’ll run through the boring regular stuff, but there’s also some big-ticket special business. You’ll hear about how the company’s been doing, where it’s headed, and what’s on the horizon for next year. If you’ve got opinions or questions, this is your moment to make noise.

Paperwork: If you’re a shareholder and you’ve given them your email, you should already have the official AGM notice and the shiny annual report for FY 2024-25 sitting in your inbox. Didn’t get it? You can always snag a copy from their website or just bug them for one.

A couple dates you don’t wanna miss:

  • July 25, 2025: That’s the Record Date. If you wanna vote or grab your dividend, make sure your shares are sorted by then. Don’t snooze on this.

  • Online voting opens July 29 at 9:00 AM IST and shuts July 31 at 5:00 PM IST. Super easy—vote from your phone, your laptop, whatever. No excuses.

About that dividend:

The board’s proposing a final payout for FY 2024-25. You folks still have to say yes at the AGM. If it gets the green light, those eligible will see the cash hit their accounts by August 28, latest. Not bad, right?

How to stay in the loop:

If you’ve gone digital (demat shares), double-check that your broker has your latest email and bank details. If you’re still holding old-school physical shares, make sure the company or their RTA isn’t sending stuff to your childhood address. Otherwise, you’ll miss out on everything—dividends, reports, the lot.

Voting’s handled by MUFG Intime India Private Limited (LIIPL). You can vote before the meeting, and if you forget, you’ve still got a shot to vote live during the AGM—unless you already voted remotely, then just sit back and watch. Shri Jayesh Shah’s overseeing the voting, so it’s all above board.

So... why does any of this matter? Going virtual actually means it’s way easier for everyone to participate. No more “I couldn’t make it” excuses. Plus, GMM Pfaudler’s all about transparency and keeping shareholders in the loop. Pretty refreshing, honestly.
